The Emergency Pipeline Repair Station at Dolphin Energy’s Marine Base in KIZAD was designed using advanced BIM software to ensure full integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Green Engineering Company led the design, focusing on clash detection to resolve spatial conflicts between equipment, facilities, and MEP services. This approach ensured a well-coordinated, efficient layout, improving operational reliability and reducing construction delays. BIM tools enabled accurate visualization, simulation, and documentation, supporting smooth collaboration across all disciplines.
The design also considered long-term needs such as maintenance access and utility routing. This digitally driven process helped deliver a high-performance, conflict-free facility, essential for the rapid and safe repair of critical subsea pipelines in the energy sector.
